Oct. 24 - 27, I was in Peoria and Springfield, Illinois speaking to the World Affairs Councils on 'Blueprint for a Modern American Diplomatic Service.' While there I met some fascinating people and saw some interesting things - also had several opportunities to engage with high school and college students.
